45 Folgate Street

Contemporary office space in the heart of Spitalfields

The main focus areas at 45 Folgate Street were the spacious open-plan office spaces, offering a consistent appearance across multiple floors, whilst taking into account, and co-ordinating with, the various exposed services. Bespoke lengths of LIGHT LINE 50 SUSPENDED (direct/indirect) and LIGHT LINE 60 RECESSED were manufactured, including individual one-piece sections of up to 4.5M.

The project was designed in full by diVa’s expert in house lighting design engineers, who were able to meet and even exceed the expectations of the consulting engineers resulting in a high end specification installation, to the satisfaction of all parties involved.
